As an OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission is deployed for a reasonable short period of time , it can only be effective with the assistance of committed and highly qualified local staff.

I would like to emphasize that Ivo exercised his duties on behalf of mission in a highly competent and professional manner, and made a substantial contribution to a successful mission.

Ivo’s working experience gave him solid understanding of the nature of work and he quickly understood the objectives on Parliamentary Election monitoring in Latvia.

He displayed a high level of professionalism amd self-initiative, is thorough and detailed orientated. He was willing to work long hours and adapted to pressurized environment quickly.

In addition he integrated well into a diverse and multi-national team.
