Description

Learning to sail as a team is one of the most fun and rewarding incentive trips you can do. Our qualified skippers will show you all the basics of yachting, from basic navigation to hoisting the sails. Each boat can take up-to 8 people comfortably, this is also the best number for learning the basics of sailing. 

We can arrange more than one boat to take your team out on the water, taking you from Rigas port out to the Baltic Sea (other routes are also available). During warmer weather we stop for a swim and eat lunch on-board, the perfect way to spend a day team building and enjoying each others company
