Description

Have you always wanted to experience the thrill of free-fall? This is the closest thing to it without stepping foot on a plane, feel the air rush by at 200kph as you try to master flight...Once you have perfected your balance and position, the fan is cranked up and you can hit heights of upto 4 metres. The feeling that you get flying this height is hard explain, you just need to do it and then share your experience with everyone else. Special suits are provided to help catch as much of the air stream as possible, weight restrictions apply. 

The technology behind the wind tunnel is designed to replicate the free-fall experience, you will have an instructor with you at all times who will be trying to maximise your flying experience. The instructors have performed all over the world, including the Beijing Olympics as well as tutoring Jackie Chan here in Latvia ahead of filming (also done in Latvia).

The minimum weight for this activity is 20kg and the maximum weight is 140kg, there is also a height restriction of 2metres.

We were a group of almost 20 people going to Riga. We found Travel2Riga only a week before we were going, but that wasn't a problem. Anything seemed possible to arrange, even in such short notice. Great trips and activities! Lana, our guide, definitely made our trip what it was, which was awesome.

I went to Riga for a joint birthday weekend with a group of friends in December 2012, and it was amazing! but I feel it would have only been half the weekend that is was if we didn't have Lana showing us around.
Where to drink, the best night clubs, offered bobsliegh, the works.
Also The Victory Pub is a great spot for a good time, all the staff are amazing, 100% fancy another trip to Riga! 
Best weekend I've ever had.
